Role and Responsibilities
- Performing packing operations in accordance with time, quantity and quality targets.
- Assemble packaging, label and record items.
- Label packages appropriately, and maintain quality of packaged items.
- Support dispatch and warehouse.
- Wrapping pallets, use of barcode scanners.
- Keep a clean safe work area, including all cleaning duties associated with maintaining standards.
- Work as a team and follow all instructions/requests from Supervisors and Managers, in a timely manner.
- Identify problems and communicate issues to your Supervisor and Manager.
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health and safety, environmental regulations to ensure your own safety and that of others in your team.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
You Must Have
- A willingness to learn and be part of a dedicated hardworking team.
- Be flexible.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents, e.g., safety rules/operating maintenance and procedure manuals.
