Central London | Zero-hours initially to Full time | Fridays and Saturdays required

Scanletics is London's premier DEXA body composition lab, based at Foundry Moorgate and co-founded by Dr. Sam Botchey, Head of Performance at Lanserhof and former consultant to England Football, Premier League clubs, and the NFL. We are building something genuinely exciting in the health and performance space, with outstanding client feedback and strong industry partnerships. We are still early in our journey, which makes this an exceptional time to join and grow with the business.

We are looking for a DEXA Body Composition Consultant to join us. The role begins part-time, with a structured path to full-time employment within 2–3 months.

About the role

We are looking for someone who understands body composition, nutrition, and training, and can deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish. You will guide clients through the full DEXA process, help them feel comfortable and informed, operate the scan accurately, and explain results in a way that is clear, useful, and engaging. Our clients are often highly motivated and health-literate. Many are interested in body composition, performance, longevity, nutrition, and evidence-based health. We want someone who is confident speaking their language and genuinely enjoys these topics.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience as a nutritionist, personal trainer, or in a similar health and performance-focused role
  • Strong understanding of body composition, nutrition, and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols consistently
  • Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
  • Availability to work both Fridays and Saturdays
  • Previous experience operating DEXA is a plus, but not essential. Training will be provided, including direct learning from one of the most experienced DEXA operators in London.

You do not need to come from a traditional clinical background, but you do need to care deeply about evidence-based health. If you regularly read or follow the latest thinking in nutrition, performance, and longevity, and can comfortably speak with clients who quote Outlive, Jeff Nippard, or Huberman, you will likely be a strong fit for this role.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to join one of London's fastest-growing DEXA businesses
  • Hands-on training and mentoring
  • Early-stage role with clear room for progression
  • Pathway to full-time employment within a short timeframe
  • Premium Central London working environment
  • Exposure to a highly engaged client base across fitness, health, and longevity

To apply

Please send your CV and a short note telling us:

  • why this role interests you
  • what relevant experience you have
  • your availability, especially Fridays and Saturdays
  • why you think you'd be a strong fit for Scanletics
