We are seeking to secure the services of a qualified Chartered Surveyor / Valuation Surveyor, to undertake Red Book valuation, primarily for Secured Lending purposes, for properties located across the West and East Midlands. We are a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, who are now part of Trinity Property Group (Odevo). Our Practice brings together a wide range of expertise in surveying, valuation and property development, all under one roof. This means that we can offer our clients a complete range of services in the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors.

The role of Valuation Surveyor is responsible for undertaking Red Book valuation, primarily for Secured Lending purposes, for properties located across the West and East Midlands.

Job Description:
- To undertake site inspections and take accurate measurements.
- Assemble property information and review searches.
- Review and analyse occupational leases and their impact on value.
- Apply expert local knowledge and awareness of the local property market.
- Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- RICS Registered Valuer status.
- Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience.
- Numerate and proficient in MS Office Packages.
- Good report writing skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the local property market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to manage own workload to meet deadlines.
- Clean PI record.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Offices and HMOs.
