Join a growing construction company as a Site Manager. We're looking for a practical, organised and motivated individual to help oversee the day-to-day running of our sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous site management or site supervision experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and expanding company.
Working closely with the Owner Director, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of health and safety across our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Overseeing the day-to-day running of construction sites
- Monitoring and promoting health and safety compliance
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities
- Ensuring works are completed to programme and of a high standard
- Assisting with site organisation, logistics and problem-solving
- Liaising with the Owner Director, clients and contractors as required
- Previous experience in site management or site supervision
- Good understanding of construction site operations
- Awareness of health and safety requirements on site, with an SMSTS qualification
- Some technical building knowledge would be beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
A good level of construction knowledge is desirable; however, ongoing support will be available from the Owner Director, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
