- 1 in 2 Saturdays 07:00 - 15:00 (Overtime)

You will provide guidance and support, ensure a safe workplace through excellent Health and Safety protocols, and promote efficiency and pro-active communication to deliver outstanding service to all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
- Be the go-to for any support required for technicians and workshop staff.
- Provide technical knowledge to team members and customers when required.
- Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
- Promote high standards on job card write-ups to prevent warranty rejections.
- Mentor apprentices to empower them for future roles.
