Hours:

  • Week 1: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30, Friday 06:00 - 13:30
  • Week 2: Monday - Thursday 13:30 - 22:00, Friday 12:30 - 20:00
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays 07:00 - 15:00 (Overtime)

Hourly pay: £18.64 – £22.50

We are looking for an organised people leader with proven workshop experience to manage a team of skilled technicians. You will provide guidance and support, ensure a safe workplace through excellent Health and Safety protocols, and promote efficiency and pro-active communication to deliver outstanding service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
  • Be the go-to for any support required for technicians and workshop staff.
  • Provide technical knowledge to team members and customers when required.
  • Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
  • Promote high standards on job card write-ups to prevent warranty rejections.
  • Mentor apprentices to empower them for future roles.
