The primary responsibility of the Key Account Manager - Fleet within Scania Financial Services is to drive profitable finance business with our larger key account customers actively supporting the sale of Scania vehicles across the UK. Working closely with the commercial business Fleet team, you will engage with key fleet customers to understand their finance requirements and deliver tailored, competitive funding solutions that support their business needs, build trust and secure long-term partnerships.

In this role you will:
- Develop long term relationships with our key account customers and their teams.
- Oversee all aspects of fleet financing in the UK, collaborating with cross-functional commercial teams to support the provision of finance solutions and support the increase of vehicle sales volumes through strategic support and targeted initiatives.
- Establish and maintain a high level of credibility while fostering strong, productive relationships with internal teams, key accounts and prospects.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaign plans to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Identify underperforming areas within the fleet business and implement effective corrective actions to enhance overall efficiency and results.
- Actively contribute to the execution of national sales strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, market trends, and company growth plans.
