We have an exciting opportunity at Scania Boston. As Parts Team Leader you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Parts department. You will be a forward thinker, able to build positive working relationships, collaboratively manage your team, improve processes, and ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
- Actively manage stock checks with a view improving workflow where possible.
- Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication.
