Job Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for successfully gaining the knowledge and skills to ensure excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers.
- Assist Parts Advisors to pick and deliver correct parts to customers and Workshop – pack parts and arrange delivery when required.
- Contribute in completing relevant documentation accurately, including invoices, payment and other official papers.
- Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met.
- Work together with the Workshop to assist with parts availability and ensure packaging, service exchange and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.
- Take part in monitoring stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required.
- Receive and inspect goods, checking transport documents and incoming goods against the order and resolve any discrepancies.
