Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.

Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.

Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.

Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.

Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.

Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.

Working

Hours: Rotating shift pattern (Week 1: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30, Friday 06:00 - 13:30; Week 2: Monday - Thursday 13:30 - 22:00, Friday 12:30 - 20:00; 1 in 2 Saturdays 07:00 - 15:00 (Overtime)).
