Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30

Salary: From £34,476 plus excellent benefits package, including:

We have an exciting opportunity at Scania Thirsk. As Parts Team Leader you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Parts department. You will be a forward thinker, able to build positive working relationships, collaboratively manage your team, improve processes, and ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of parts to the correct customer and workshop.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing parts customers.
  • Actively manage stock checks with a view improving workflow where possible.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication.
