Workshop Manager – Scania Edinburgh
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00 (Flexible start and finish times can be discussed).
Salary £48,000, plus excellent benefits package including:

Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Edinburgh branch as Workshop Services Manager. You will be an organised leader, managing the team within the workshop, scheduling work, and planning daily operations to deliver the best service to our customers. This role supports the Branch Manager in running the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing the team around you.
Key Requirements of a Workshop Manager
- Organised – forward-thinking to plan and schedule workload to keep the workshop running smoothly and safely.
- Customer service – develop and manage customer relationships to ensure needs are met and services are developed for future needs.
- Continuous improvement – review and amend processes to ensure the workshop runs efficiently and productively.
- Attention to detail – operating with budgets, results, and targets in mind.
- Team player – communicate with different departments to secure properly aligned workshop operations.
- Health & Safety – health and safety comes first throughout the workshop.
