Scania GB are offering a conversion programme to Technicians from the Light vehicle, Plant or Agricultural sector. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to convert their current skills and train to become a Scania HGV Technician.
The programme combines on‑site mentoring with bespoke training at our new Scania UK Learning Academy. You will be partnered with experienced Scania technicians, observe and shadow, and complete training modules that cover product knowledge, maintenance, and inspection theory while gaining hands‑on experience.
Requirements
- Desire to utilise your current experience and convert to the Heavy Vehicle industry
- An apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent may be considered)
- A minimum of three years hands‑on mechanical experience
