Responsibilities
You will be an organised leader managing the workshop team, scheduling work, planning daily operations, and delivering the best service to customers.
Support the Branch Manager in running the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing the team.
Qualifications / Key Requirements
- Organised – forward‑thinking to plan and schedule workload, keeping the workshop running smoothly and safely.
- Customer service – develop and manage relationships to meet current and future customer needs.
- Continuous improvement – review and amend processes, monitor KPIs and drive results.
