The predicted salary is between 20 - 24 £ per hour.

Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off – 06:00 – 18:00

Salary: £20.09 – £24.70 per hour plus an excellent benefits package, including:

You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the workshop and pro-active communication, delivering a fantastic service to all customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
  • Be the go‑to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
  • Be able to provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.
  • Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
  • Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.
  • Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.
