In this role you will:
- Proactively manage arrears, adhering to current policies and guidelines.
- Handle amendments, updates, and cancellations of direct debit mandates with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the rental portfolio workflow to maintain smooth operations.
- Address and resolve customer payment enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Implement and manage reschedules for live contracts in line with current guidelines.
- Process and action customer refunds accurately and within requested timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and dealership partners to optimise processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver month-end reporting with clear, actionable insights.
- Drive continuous process improvement and participate in system testing for enhanced performance.
