Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (Flexible Hours As Required To Suit Business Needs)

Salary from £48,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package, including:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the workshop team, scheduling work and planning daily operations to deliver high‑quality service to customers.
  • Support the Branch Manager in running the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Plan and schedule workload, maintaining smooth and safe workshop operations.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and services evolve to match future expectations.
  • Review and amend processes to improve efficiency and productivity, monitoring KPIs and driving results.
  • Operate within budgets and targets, paying close attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align workshop operations effectively.
  • Prioritise health and safety throughout the workshop.
