Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the workshop team, scheduling work and planning daily operations to deliver high‑quality service to customers.
- Support the Branch Manager in running the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and team development.
- Plan and schedule workload, maintaining smooth and safe workshop operations.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and services evolve to match future expectations.
- Review and amend processes to improve efficiency and productivity, monitoring KPIs and driving results.
- Operate within budgets and targets, paying close attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to align workshop operations effectively.
- Prioritise health and safety throughout the workshop.
