Salary: Starting from £33,363.20 per annum / £16.04ph
Start Date: 07/09/2026 (start date is not flexible due to being booked in our training schedule)

Program Overview:
This programme will be a mixture of on‑site mentoring and bespoke training at our brand‑new Scania UK Learning Academy. While on site, you will be partnered with experienced Scania technicians and be allocated a mentor to observe and shadow. While at the Scania UK Learning Academy, you will benefit from bespoke Scania training covering six key modules spanning from industry and Scania product knowledge through to maintenance and inspection theory, delivered by our own in‑house training experts whilst getting hands‑on with our product. We will provide you with all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed, with an opportunity to gain an industry‑recognised IRTEC qualification and a Scania Roadside Assistance qualification.
Qualifications:
- The desire to utilise your current experience to convert to the Heavy Vehicle industry
- An apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (NVQ Lv3 or equivalent may be considered)
- A minimum of 3 years hands‑on mechanical experience
