Salary: From £29,000 plus excellent benefits package
Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 with 1 in 4 Saturdays. With flexible hours to cover service as required.

Scania have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Bridgwater. As Service Administrator, you will be a key team member, responsible for the day to day costing for the branch. You will work closely with all branch staff, credit control, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the costing on warranty, retail, repair and maintenance to company standards.
- Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.
- Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.
- Invoice and control branch work in progress.
- Check the system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.
- Work within credit control policy and procedures.
- Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
- Resolve and assist in invoice queries as and when necessary.
- Assist with other administration duties as required.
- Ensure all customer complaints are escalated to the manager ensuring the quickest resolution possible.
