An opportunity to join Scania as a key member of our dedicated team of regional Account Managers. You will be at the heart of Scania GB’s growth, specialising in the sale of Used trucks to both new and existing customers. You will enjoy building relationships with our customers and finding solutions that best suit their needs. You will play a key role in growing the Scania brand throughout your territory, identifying, contacting and building relationships with prospective customers and collaborating with colleagues throughout the network to ensure Scania delivers the very best service possible. A desire to pro-actively meet with customers, going out of your way to ensure you understand their needs is an essential aspect of this exciting role.
Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively identify, contact and meet with prospective customers throughout your territory.
- Build relationships with existing customers, looking to continually improve the service they receive and positively impact their desire to choose Scania.
- Understand the needs of our customers and prospective customers, going out of your way to ensure they are presented with the best option available.
- Work with the broader regional teams to deliver an exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.
- Work with excellent attention to detail, keeping order books and multiple systems up to date, ensuring customer information is accurate and live.
- Promote the Scania brand values at every opportunity and ensure a quality customer focus is maintained.
- Drive to meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting, relationship building and negotiation.
