In this role you will:
- Compile and Generate HR Reports: Create and distribute comprehensive HR reports, including key metrics such as headcount, turnover and recruitment statistics, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for decision-making.
- Enhance P&C Data Insights: Leverage advanced tools like Power BI and other data modelling techniques to transform P&C data into actionable insights, supporting strategic workforce planning and organisational goals.
- HR and Payroll System Integration: Assist in the seamless integration of HR and Payroll systems, ensuring consistent and accurate data flow between platforms, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency.
- System Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Address and collaborate on any system issues or failures, working closely with IT to resolve them swiftly and minimise disruptions to HR and Payroll processes.
- Data Validation & Accuracy Checks: Regularly verify and cross-check information in both the Payroll and HR systems to ensure consistency and data integrity, resolving discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Support Systems Manager with Ad-Hoc Queries & Projects: Provide timely support to the Systems Manager with ad-hoc queries, system-related issues, and various HR systems projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
