Customer Service Advisor – Falkirk
Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 07:00 – 11:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.

- Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress.
- Check account details, available credit and obtain relevant authorisation.
