Product Experience Specialist
South West Region: Working across our branches in Shepton Mallet, Avonmouth, Bridgwater, Redruth, and Exeter with regular deliveries to our regions customers premises.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 β 17:00
From Β£37,000 plus car, annual bonus and an excellent benefits package, including:

For this role, you must have a class 1 (CPC) drivers licence. You will be supporting our Sales Team, and will have prime responsibility for providing a first-class new vehicle handover and demonstration experience for our customers.
In this role you will:
β’ Work in conjunction with the Sales Team to ensure all new vehicles are quality checked before customer hand over.
β’ Support our customers and Sales Team with product knowledge and understanding of alternative fuels, electrification products and the drive to sustainability.
β’ Interpret telematics and provide driver training for our customers.
β’ Manage the regionβs demonstrator vehicles, gathering customer feedback, insights and analysing performance data.
β’ On occasion, deliver a new truck direct to a customer.
