We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aberdeen branch as Workshop Services Manager. You will be an organised leader, managing the team within the workshop, scheduling work, and planning daily operations, enabling you to deliver the best service to our customers. This role is to support the Branch Manager in the running of the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing the team around you.
Key requirements of a Workshop Manager:
- Organised – forward thinking to plan and schedule workload, in a way that keeps the workshop running smoothly and safely.
- Customer service – develop and manage customer relationships to ensure that customer needs are met, and services are developed to meet the future needs of the customer.
- Continuous improvement – reviewing and amending process to make sure the workshop runs in the most efficient and productive way possible.
- Attention to detail – operating with budgets, results, and targets in mind.
- Team player – communicate with different departments to secure properly aligned workshop operations.
- Health & Safety – health and safety comes first throughout the workshop.
