As a Contracts Claims Auditor, you are highly organised and able to perform effectively under pressure. In this role, you will manage the network’s contract portfolio, reviewing and auditing work orders submitted by depots for repair and maintenance to ensure the most cost-effective solutions have been applied.

In this role you will:

  • Review and approve vehicle and trailer repair and maintenance estimates in line with technical standards and financial criteria.
  • Compile and report on key customer KPIs, covering both operational and financial performance.
  • Analyse repair and maintenance expenditure to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate scorecards to assess and audit completed repairs.
  • Use the ticketing system to review and assess high-value repair and maintenance requests.

About you:

  • Experience using and learning new systems – the ability to work on multiple systems to extract and monitor information.
  • Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail, identifying improvement areas and ensuring quality control.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date.
  • Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
  • Adaptable – enjoys a dynamic environment and is comfortable completing a range of varied tasks.
