HGV Technician Shift Supervisor – Boston
Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday – Friday. Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30, Week 2: Monday - Thursday 13:30 - 22:00, Friday 12:30 - 21:00. 1 in 2 Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 (Overtime).
Salary: £18.64 – £22.50 per hour plus an excellent benefits package.

You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and proactive communication, delivering a fantastic service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
- Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff.
- Provide technical knowledge to your team of technicians as well as customers when required.
- Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
- Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.
- Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.
