Sie sorgen dafür, dass technische, kaufmännische und organisatorische Informationen sauber zusammenlaufen. - Unterstützung unserer Vertriebspartner bei technischen Fragestellungen und individuellen Kundenwünschen
- Beratung zu Ausstattungsvarianten, Sonderlösungen und Zusatzleistungen
- Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher und technisch sinnvoller Optimierungsvorschläge für Kundenprojekte
- Telefonische und digitale Betreuung unserer Vertriebspartner
- Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung
- Erstellung und Pflege von Kalkulationen für alle Haustypen, Sonderausstattungen und Zukaufartikel
- Ermittlung von Mehr- und Minderkosten bei individuellen Kundenanpassungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten
- Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und nachvollziehbaren Angebotsgrundlage
- Schnittstellenmanagement und Projektkoordination
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Planung, Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Einkauf und Bauleitung
- Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen und projektbezogener Besonderheiten
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Rückfragen zwischen den Fachbereichen
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Prozesse
- Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagement
- Prüfung und Vorbereitung von Werkverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen und Freigaben
- Pflege und Verwaltung technischer und kaufmännischer Projektdaten
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
- System- und Wissensmanagement
- Pflege von Artikel-, Vertrags- und Stammdaten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Software- und Kalkulationssysteme
- Fehleranalyse und Unterstützung bei Prozessverbesserungen
- Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken und Dokumentationen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Alternativ eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Interesse an Hausbau, Kalkulation, Konstruktion und technischen Zusammenhängen
- Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und technische Anforderungen im Bauwesen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in ERP-, Kalkulations-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
