Aufgaben
- Telefonische und digitale Beratung unserer Vertriebspartner und Geschäftsstellenleiter zu Preisen, Konstruktionen, Bauordnungen und internen Abläufen
- Durchführung von Schulungen – digital sowie vor Ort
- Erstellung und Pflege von Auswertungslisten und Statistiken
- Vorbereitung von Vorträgen und Präsentationen
- Kalkulation freier Planungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Artikeln im System (Anlage, Sperrung, Kalkulation, Aktualisierung, Entsperrung)
- Verknüpfung und Ablage von Zeichnungen
- Verwaltung von Hauskonfigurationen sowie Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung
- Hinterlegung von Werkverträgen und Zusatzvereinbarungen im System
- Unterstützung bei Softwareanpassungen und Fehlerbehebungen
- Erstellung von Statistiken für Buchhaltung, Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche
- Laufende Pflege unserer Datenbank, Prüfung von Werkverträgen und Freigaben
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten
- Versand von Erinnerungen zu Mitwirkungspflichten sowie Pflege entsprechender Übersichten
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Bau- und Vertragsprozessen
- Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
