Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Inspektionen, Wartungen nach DGUV-V3, Prüfungen und Instandsetzungen von gebäudetechnischen, elektronischen Anlagen (u.a. BHKW, Solaranlage, Batteriesspeicher) inkl. Fehlersuche
- Selbstständige Behebung von Störungen und Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe in den Objekten
- Mitarbeit bei Neubau-, Umbau- und Modernisierungsprojekten
Qualifikation
- Elektrotechnische anerkannte Ausbildung z. B. als Elektroniker / Elektriker / Energieanlagenelektroniker / Fachrichtung Energie- und Gebäudetechnik / Betriebstechnik / Elektroinstallateur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise mit erster Berufserfahrung z. B. als Haustechniker, aber auch Berufseinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
- Engagierter Mitarbeitender mit technischem Verständnis, für den Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit selbstverständlich ist
- Führerschein Klasse B
