Aufgaben
- Arbeitsvorbereitung unserer Bauvorhaben und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs
- Erstellung von Materiallisten, Subunternehmeraufträgen und Bauablaufplänen
- Kontrolle, Überwachung und Dokumentation der beauftragten Baupartner
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Konstruktion, Produktion und Bauleitung
- Konstruktive Prüfung von Planungsunterlagen sowie fachliche Abstimmung bei technischen Fragestellungen
- Durchführung von Baupartner-Anfragen und Auswertungen
- Pflege und Ablage relevanter Projekt- und Auftragsdokumentationen
Qualifikation
- Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hochbau
- Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Einkauf oder Bauausführung von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis sowie sichere Interpretation von Statik und Ausführungsplanung
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen, idealerweise Softbauware (SBW) oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen für die Bauwirtschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen bei Verhandlungen mit Subunternehmern und Lieferanten
