Aufgaben
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Bauherren von der Planungsphase bis zur Baugenehmigung.
- Sie führen Planungs-/ Bemusterungsgespräche mit unseren Bauherren.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung des finalen Hausgrundrisses, legen den Leistungsumfang von Dach, Fassade und Fenster fest und übernehmen die Bad- und Küchenplanung.
- Sie erstellen und überwachen die notwendigen Bauantragsunterlagen.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Bauzeichner (m/w/d) mit Ihrem Knowhow.
Qualifikation
- (Fach-)/Hochschulabschluss im Bauwesen.
- Eigenständiges, eigenverantwortliches und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten.
- Freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten.
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau).
- Begeisterung und Engagement für die Digitalisierung im Bereich der Planung.
