Scandit is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to shape and execute our global compensation, benefits and equity programs.

You will partner with executives, HR, Finance and Legal to align rewards with business strategy in a fast-growing tech scale-up.

You will lead global compensation reviews, manage equity initiatives and drive AI-enabled analytics to improve outcomes across regions, including UK, Europe, APAC and the US.

A collaborative, hands-on leader is essential.
