About The Role

Our Sales Operations team plays a key role in supporting Marketing, Key Account Management, Sales, and Leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business performance and growth. We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the team in identifying actionable insights to improve sales performance
  • Prepare and interpret customer, market, and competitor analyses using multiple data sources
  • Support ad-hoc requests and business queries with data-driven outputs
  • Maintain and administer product and customer data across internal systems
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide support in the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, including first-line support for the sales team
  • Collaborate with CRM, Sales, and Operations teams to support data accuracy, reporting, and day-to-day processes

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently studying (ideally in Business, Economics, or a related field)
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and analysis
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions
  • Some practical experience (internship or placement), ideally within FMCG or a commercial environment
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach, with strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
