We are looking for passionate and driven sales professionals to join our UK team as Field-Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will champion Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s innovative Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio, including XQS, while ensuring our products are well-represented across independent retailers. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with independent retailers. Promote and grow sales of NGP products, ensuring our brands are top-of-mind in your territory.
- Become a subject matter expert on XQS and other NGP offerings. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to retailers, empowering them to confidently sell our products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences. Share actionable insights with management to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize growth within your assigned territory. Prioritise activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
What Skills and Experience Will Be Required?
- Experience working with store-level data and CRM/reporting systems
- Proven background in sales, ideally within FMCG or NGP categories
- Passionate, energetic, and resilient in the face of market challenges
- Full UK driving licence
