Sales Representative – Nicotine Pouches (NGP)
Location: Birmingham North and Wolverhampton
Hours: 37.5 per week
Join our forward-thinking Sales team focusing on Next Generation Products (NGP), specifically nicotine pouches. This role supports smoke-free, tobacco-free alternatives for adult consumers. Our heritage is rooted in cigars and traditional tobacco products, while our future emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and harm reduction. You will help ensure our nicotine pouch portfolio is front and centre across independent retail, wholesale, and key account channels.
Responsibilities
- Omni-Channel Sales & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships across independent retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts. Champion nicotine pouch products to drive visibility, availability, and category growth.
- Product Expertise: Become a trusted expert in the nicotine pouch portfolio, delivering product demonstrations and training to build retailer confidence and consumer understanding.
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activity; share insights to shape agile, forward-thinking strategies.
- Territory Management: Strategically manage the territory, identify growth opportunities, and execute tailored plans for each channel.
- Reporting & Order Processing: Ensure smooth order handling and accurate records of sales activity; provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with store-level data and CRM/reporting systems.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within FMCG or NGP categories.
- Energetic, passionate, and resilient in facing market challenges.
- Full UK driving licence.
