About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven sales professionals to join our UK team as Field‑Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will champion Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s innovative Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio, including XQS, while ensuring our products are well‑represented across independent retailers. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where equal rights and diversity are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with independent retailers.
  • Promote and grow sales of NGP products.
  • Become a subject‑matter expert on XQS and other NGP offerings; deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to retailers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences; share actionable insights with management.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize growth within your territory.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing; maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with store‑level data and CRM/reporting systems.
  • Proven background in sales, ideally within FMCG or NGP categories.
  • Passionate, energetic, and resilient in the face of market challenges.
  • Full UK driving licence.
