About the Role
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our forward-thinking Sales team. This role focuses on Next Generation Products (NGP)—specifically nicotine pouches—and leads the charge in a fast-growing category that supports smoke-free, tobacco-free alternatives for adult consumers. While our heritage is rooted in cigars and traditional tobacco products, our future is being shaped by innovation, sustainability, and harm reduction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our nicotine pouch portfolio is front and centre across independent retail, wholesale, and key account channels.
What Will You Be Responsible For
Omni-Channel Sales & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships across independent retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts. Champion our nicotine pouch products to drive visibility, availability, and category growth across all touchpoints.
Product Expertise
Become a trusted expert in our nicotine pouch portfolio, delivering impactful product demonstrations and training sessions that build retailer confidence and consumer understanding.
Market Insight
Monitor market trends and competitor activity across channels, sharing insights that help shape agile, forward-thinking strategies.
Territory Management
Strategically manage your territory, identifying growth opportunities and executing tailored plans for each channel to drive sustainable success.
Reporting & Order Processing
Ensure smooth order handling and maintain accurate records of sales activity, providing regular updates to your Sales Manager.
What Skills and Experience Will Be Required?
- Experience working with store-level data and CRM/reporting systems
- Proven background in sales, ideally within FMCG or NGP categories
- Passionate, energetic, and resilient in the face of market challenges
- Full UK driving licence
