We are keen to connect with sales talent who may be interested in joining our team as a field-based sales representative. As a sales representative you will be responsible for maximizing sales within your territory and making sure our products are at the forefront for independent retailers.
What will you be responsible for?
- Sales and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, championing Scandinavian Tobacco's products to exceed sales goals.
- Product Mastery: Become an expert on the product portfolio, conducting engaging demonstrations and training sessions to build retailer confidence.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and competitor actions, sharing valuable insights with management to adapt strategies.
- Territory Excellence: Manage and prioritize the assigned territory effectively, crafting strategic plans to drive growth.
- Efficient Order Processing and Reporting: Ensure smooth order processing and maintain detailed records of sales activities, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
What skills and experience will be required?
- Skilled in handling store-level data and familiar with CRM or similar reporting systems.
- Prior experience as a sales consultant in the grocery industry and/or FMCG.
- Background in working at a grocery store with an interest in tobacco.
- Enthusiastic and passionate, with a positive attitude and a fearless approach to market challenges.
- Holds a full driver's license.
