There is now an opportunity to join the UK HR Team in this newly created HR Business Partner role which reports to the UK Head of People. This is a highly visible role supporting key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach the leadership teams and facilitate leadership and team effectiveness.
- Develop and drive the people plans to build capability for local functions to support achievement of business strategy.
- Work in close collaboration with Talent Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition peers to offer robust HR solutions.
- Ad hoc project work including a focus on organisational development, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded generalist who enjoys working closely with key stakeholders and can build relationships at all levels of a business. You will enjoy working in a fast-moving business culture where you can use your initiative and work well as part of a wider HR team.
