We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Timber Frame Contracts Manager to oversee the on-site installation and erection of our timber frame shell projects nationwide. This is a key role acting as the link between Scandia Hus, erection teams, builders and clients to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
The Role
- Oversee timber frame shell erection on site from delivery through to completion
- Liaise closely with site teams, builders and clients
- Ensure safe, accurate and efficient installation of Scandia Hus kits
- Read and interpret working site drawings confidently
- Attend pre-start, progress and post-installation meetings with clients
- Monitor programme and maintain strong site coordination
- Carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards throughout
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background and proven experience in the timber frame sector
- Experience managing timber frame installation projects
- Excellent technical drawing interpretation skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A driven individual focused on delivering high quality in line with Scandia Hus values
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety best practice
