Reporting to the Head of Network, the Network Partnerships Manager, UK role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing account management of our network of imaging suppliers. It involves identifying and onboarding new imaging suppliers to expand our national coverage. Additionally, the role will work closely with internal stakeholders from multiple departments to improve existing processes and introduce new products to the market.
As an early-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
- Supporting the Head of Network in expanding the network’s breadth, depth, and quality.
- Manage existing imaging suppliers by conducting review meetings, implementing account development initiatives, and producing management information (MI) for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- To grow the network, the focus will be on identifying and generating leads, negotiating with imaging suppliers, and onboarding them.
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new imaging suppliers.
- Ownership of the website administration portal to ensure imaging supplier portals and pricing are accurately displayed on the Scan.com website.
- Working closely with the marketing team to analyse data and trends to identify demand areas.
- Working collaboratively with our operations team to implement and develop pathways and processes to enhance the patient journey.
- Working collaboratively with our product team to create new services in partnership with our imaging suppliers to enhance Scan.com's offering.
- Lead on sales and development of new products to current partners, building upon partnerships and driving growth of accounts.
- Understanding of partner challenges/requirements and provide solutions through expanding of services with current partners and exploring different revenue streams.
- Proactive communication both with internal and external stakeholders.

We try to keep our interview process short, and as a small business, we can move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:
- Introductory call/interview with Devin, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is usually via telephone (video if based in the US) and will last around 30 minutes.
- Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45 minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep dive into the role and technical needs.
- All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies, however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
