We're on the lookout for an experienced Supervisor to join our Clarks Village Outlet store!
We're looking for someone who believes in our mission and will ensure our values are not just words on a page but a living, breathing part of working life.
You’ll work closely with our Store Manager to lead by example, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional customer service every single day.

Duties include
- Assisting Store Manager with rotas and ensuring smooth day to day running operations.
- Deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience for every customer.
- Build genuine relationships with customers through styling advice and product knowledge.
- Ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued. Also ensuring your team are giving the same experience.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, always striving for positive outcomes.
- Drive sales, conversion, UPT and ATV through exceptional service.
- Support the delivery of store KPIs.
- Keep up to date and promote new collections, campaigns and charity initiatives with enthusiasm.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
- Open and close the store following company procedures.
- Ensure stock and stock room is replenished, organised and managed.
- Complete operational tasks including cash handling, deliveries and stock take.
