If you're passionate about joining a purposeful, fun-led fashion business and have a drive for digital excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

The role operates on a hybrid working model — 2 days per week at our Head Office in Marlow, with the rest of the week working from home.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the day-to-day running of the website, ensuring a seamless online shopping and user experience
  • Conduct daily site checks, identifying and resolving any onsite issues promptly and efficiently

  • Identify strategic merchandising opportunities to increase conversion and keep the front end looking its best
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager on AI campaigns
  • Contribute to the delivery of the ecommerce product lifecycle — managing the data and assets needed to build and launch seasonal product catalogues
  • Managing the product upload process — cataloguing products, managing descriptions and ensuring accurate product information ahead of launch deadlines
  • Supporting with the product upload on our marketplace platforms
  • Support with our LIVE shopping streaming across our website and social platforms, which would involve occasional weekday evening support in the Marlow office
  • Work with the Ecommerce Manager to elevate product and website information through organic SEO
  • Create visually appealing product rankings to showcase our collections online and drive engagement and conversion
  • Support collaborations and special projects, ensuring seamless execution in line with the brand's image
  • Support the execution of commercial communications, including the newsletter lifecycle and product pushes
  • Support the wider teams with preparation and sample organisation for campaign shoots
  • Manage ecommerce samples — working closely with Buying to ensure samples arrive and are shot by our external photographer ahead of launch
  • Organise and maintain asset folders and archives, and handle back-end upkeep and admin
  • Work with the Ecommerce Manager and Customer Support team on customer enquiries, maintaining a high standard of service and upholding brand policies
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies and suppliers to keep our online presence cohesive and deliver projects on time

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-end retail or wholesale fashion environment, with a deep understanding of the luxury market
  • Confidence using content management systems and an understanding of ecommerce website operations — Shopify experience is ideal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for resizing product shots
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to everything you deliver
  • A collaborative, open approach and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A real interest in all things fashion and ecommerce, keeping up to date with industry trends
  • A curious mind — always looking for improvements and happy to ask questions
  • Someone who wants to learn, develop their skills and be part of a growing team with ambitious goals — while having fun achieving them

What We Offer

  • A collaborative and creative workplace culture
