Scamp & Dude are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Admin Assistant to support the Merchandising function. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop merchandising expertise while contributing to key commercial decisions that drive sales performance across all channels. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams providing accurate analysis & reporting to support planning and trading decisions. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) at our Head Office in Marlow, Bucks.
This role involves:
- Conducting ad hoc sales and stock analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Updating sales, stock and intake on WSSI’s and line flows.
- Monitoring SKU availability and highlighting opportunities.
- Conducting returns analysis.
- Regularly checking customer Facebook group to flag feedback.
- Liaising with freight forwarder, 3PL and suppliers on delivery of goods.
- Chasing QC/processing information.
- Supporting Merchandiser with intake margin and supplier analysis.
- Raising and amending POs on Xero, updating range plan and suppliers.
Planning:
- Producing monthly, quarterly and end of season analysis packs working in collaboration with the buying team.
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skill set.
- Background in fashion or apparel retail.
