We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Billing & Office Coordinator to join our fast‑paced law firm. This full‑time position requires a professional who is comfortable managing financial data and administrative tasks in a legal environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process weekly client billing.
  • Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts (IOLTA).
  • Manage accounts payable and bill payment.
  • Perform and monitor Positive Pay banking functions.
  • Assist attorneys and staff with billing inquiries and account matters.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Support general office administration and operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Clio legal practice management software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, accounting, or professional services environment preferred.
