We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing & Office Coordinator to join our fast-paced law firm in Taunton, MA. This full-time position requires a professional who is comfortable managing financial data and administrative tasks in a legal environment. Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process weekly client billing.
- Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts (IOLTA).
- Manage accounts payable and bill payment.
- Perform and monitor Positive Pay banking functions.
- Assist attorneys and staff with billing inquiries and account matters.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Support general office administration and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Clio legal practice management software is a plus, but not required.
