As our UK Immigration Expert, you will be the first point of contact for international talent, providing them with the support they need to navigate the intricacies of immigration. Your main objective is to make the immigration and relocation processes to the UK as smooth as possible while building our expertise in the UK market. You are not just answering questions; you are easing their anxieties and championing their journey towards a new life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inquiries from international talents and serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing their questions about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform and internal communication tools.
  • Support companies in acquiring sponsorship licenses.
  • Manage relocation cases from initiation to completion, including document preparation, application form completion, appointment scheduling at local immigration offices, and submission via designated governmental tools, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with authorities, coordinating appointments and expediting processes.
  • Keep our customers informed about the progress of their cases.
  • Take ownership of all UK immigration and relocation‐related projects, including building and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of the latest news and legislation related to immigration, contributing to the continuous development of our knowledge base.
  • Use your platform experience to collaborate with the product team in developing new and impactful features.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to support our commercial expansion efforts.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in UK immigration, particularly with visa and residence permit applications, and sponsorship licenses.
  • Excellent British English communication skills with a passion for engaging with people. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus!
  • Previous experience assisting clients in relocating to the UK, demonstrating empathy for their challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, coupled with strong organisational and time‐management abilities.
  • Experience working remotely in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A positive attitude in stressful situations, adept at handling multiple requests with patience.
  • OISC/IAA license level 2 or 3.
