Scaling Reviews is a fast-growing startup helping restaurants turn real guest feedback into verified reviews that boost visibility, reputation, and customer flow. With NFC tap-to-review tools and an AI-powered dashboard, restaurants can monitor, respond to, and improve guest experience in seconds. We already support restaurants across Europe, U.S. and Asia and are rapidly expanding. We are now building our London sales team.

The Role

We’re looking for Sales Managers in London to help restaurants discover, adopt, and benefit from Scaling Reviews. This is a field-focused role: you’ll visit restaurants, build relationships with owners/managers, and run quick in-person demos showing how our tools increase visibility, improve ratings, and bring more customers. You’ll manage your own territory, close subscriptions, and earn 40% recurring commission on every client you bring in, one of the most generous structures in the industry. You will work directly with the founder, receive full training, and have long‑term growth opportunities. Top performers may also receive equity and leadership pathways as we expand.

What You’ll Do

  • Map, approach, and manage London sales

  • Hit monthly targets and grow your recurring commissions
  • Share insights from the field to shape product and sales strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Motivation to grow in sales; B2B, SaaS, or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Knowledge of London’s restaurant scene (or eagerness to learn it quickly)
