We are seeking an experienced Senior Transfer of Work (ToW) Specialist to support major supply chain transitions for a leading organisation in the Aerospace sector. This role requires an expert who has successfully managed complex ToW projects, supplier transitions, manufacturing ramp-up/down, and cross-site industrial transfers. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on ToW professional with a deep understanding of supply chain operations, risk management, industrialisation, and supplier performance governance. You will act as the central link between engineering, procurement, quality, operations, and supplier sites to ensure seamless and compliant transfer of work activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of Transfer of Work (ToW) activities across suppliers and internal sites.
- Develop and implement detailed ToW plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure robust industrial readiness at receiving sites, including capability assessments, capacity verification, and approval milestones.
