Context
As part of a Client's telematics project (IVC – In Vehicle Connectivity), the Resident Engineer works directly at the customer’s site to support product development, validation, and integration activities.
Mission Objective
Provide on-site technical support for telematics system testing, diagnostics, and validation activities, working closely with Nissan teams.
Main Responsibilities
- On-site presence at the customer location as a Resident Engineer.
- Support vehicle testing activities and Nissan test benches.
- Perform functional and technical tests on the IVC telematics system.
- Carry out operations such as:
- Debugging;
- ECU/module reflashing;
- Verification of system behaviour.
- Analyse test results and report anomalies.
- Participate in vehicle validation activities.
- Contribute to the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues, including unit or ad hoc tests.
- Interact daily with Nissan teams (engineering, validation, and workshop teams).
