We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic NPI & ToW Manager to oversee both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) projects within our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless transition of new products from development to production while also managing the relocation or reallocation of manufacturing processes across suppliers, sites, or regions. We are looking for both the locations in Belfast and Prestwick (Scotland), 3 to 4 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Introducing new products (New Product Introduction).
- Managing Transfer of Work (ToW) or Transfer of Business (ToB) projects via APQP methodology.
- Leading project milestone reviews.
- Interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams (Methods, Engineering, Procurement, Programs).
- Managing non-conformities and deviations in industrial development.
- Frequent travel to other sites in UK (2 days a week).
What We Are Looking For
- Engineering degree or masterβs in mechanical engineering or industrial project management.
- Experience in Supply Chain Quality in aerospace, automotive, or rail industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and tools.
- Fluency in English.
